AAT Level 1 Bookkeeping Course in Birkenhead. Classes run at Wirral Met College, part-time during the day. This free AAT bookkeeping course for adults runs over 9 weeks and is funded by Liverpool City Region Combined Authority's Adult Skills Fund. You must be 19 or over on or before 31st August to be eligible. The level 1 AAT bookkeeping qualification introduces the core knowledge and skills needed to work with financial records. It also prepares you for higher level AAT bookkeeping classes and qualifications.

Entry requirements
You must be 19 or over on or before 31st August to study on this course. Relevant Entry Level qualification or 3 GCSEs at Grade 2/E or above Maths and English at Grade 2/E or above. How you will learn
You'll attend classroom-based sessions at Wirral Met College during the day. Learning is assessed through AAT-set assessments, which are taken online under supervised conditions. These test your understanding of bookkeeping principles and your ability to apply them accurately. Your tutor will support you through the material in class before you sit the assessment.
