This free AAT certificate accounting course introduces you to daily bookkeeping tasks. You'll develop the skills to manage books effectively, covering manual double entry bookkeeping, associated documents and processes, and working up to Trial Balance. The course runs for 4 hours per session. To be eligible for funding, you must be 19 years old or over as at 31st August in the current academic year. Classes are delivered in a classroom at Harrogate Civic Centre on evening sessions. You'll learn through tutor-led instruction and practical bookkeeping exercises. Assessment for the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting is by computer-based exams set and marked by AAT. You'll sit these exams when your tutor confirms you're ready.
