Two units make up this level 2 AAT bookkeeping qualification: Introduction to Bookkeeping and Principles of Bookkeeping Controls. The course typically takes two months to complete. Entry requires GCSEs at a good level and a relevant job role. You'll finish with the AAT Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping, Level 2.

The AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping is a short qualification to help students develop essential bookkeeping skills. Once completed, they will have developed an understanding of basic accounting practices and techniques including double-entry bookkeeping.
