However, we are able to take into account your level of experience in lieu of formal qualifications and this is normally established at interview., , The College has a commitment to widening participation in Higher Education, and will therefore give careful consideration to prior experiential learning, non-traditional qualifications and qualifications obtained outside of the United Kingdom.

How you will learn
Workshops are held fortnightly on Thursday evenings, 6pm to 9pm, at the All Saints Building in Worcester. You are expected to commit at least one hour of independent study per evening session, totalling a minimum of 52 hours across the course. Learning is supported by an online Virtual Learning Environment, which may supplement classroom delivery. Assessment is through written assignments. Lecturers hold occupational experience in management and leadership, alongside CMI or academic qualifications.
