This level 6 Diploma aims to provide learners with a full overview of the knowledge and skills expected from individuals at upper middle-level management. The course will provide the learner with knowledge of relevant leadership and management theory and empower them to apply this knowledge within their organisation.
Entry requirements
Whilst there are no formal entry requirements, prospective learners should have experience in middle or upper management, previous academic experience at or equivalent to undergraduate degree level, and some previous knowledge of leadership and management theory would be desirable.
