Who this course is for

The course aims to develop your knowledge, skills and understanding about learning and teaching in a diverse range of educational contexts, including Primary, Secondary and Special Education provision. As a result, the focus is on your practice, with a work-based portfolio, Professional Practice in Education, where you are supported and encouraged to be critically reflective practitioners. It is expected that as part-time students you will attend college for one afternoon and evening per week. This programme is validated by the Open University. For information on the OU regulations, fee information, refunds and payment details including annual increases, and accessibility statement please see our Essential Information page.
