Nelson Recruitment Services is recruiting an experienced Fabrication Welder on behalf of our client based in Aldridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and established manufacturing environment on a full-time day shift.
The Role
* · Fabricating and welding metal components to required specifications
* · Carrying out MIG welding and general fabrication duties
* · Reading and working from engineering drawings
* · Measuring, cutting, preparing and assembling materials
* · Checking completed work to ensure quality standards are met
* · Using fabrication tools and workshop equipment safely
* · Maintaining a clean and organised working area
* · Following all company health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
* · Previous experience as a Fabrication Welder or Welder Fabricator
* · Confident MIG welding skills
* · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* · Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
* · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* · Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
What’s on Offer
