Revolve Collective is recruiting Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants interested in school opportunities in Glossop and Buxton.
Our partner schools include Catholic primary and secondary settings. We’re interested in both general classroom experience and backgrounds supporting pupils with additional needs.
You could be helping a group work through an activity, clarifying instructions or supporting a pupil who needs a more individual approach. Across either type of assignment, the aim is to help pupils participate, build confidence and do more independently.
Where does your experience fit?
For general TA opportunities, we’d like to see:

Direct experience working with children or young people.
*
Experience supporting activities, learning or daily routines.
*
Clear communication and the ability to work alongside teaching staff.
*
An understanding of safeguarding.
For SEN TA assignments, you’ll also need relevant experience supporting additional needs and following individual support strategies.
You’ll be expected to respect the ethos of the school where you’re placed.
