We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join a supported living service in Southend, supporting individuals with a range of needs to live as independently and fulfillingly as possible.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience or understanding of learning disabilities or autism who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to support them on a day to day basis
The Role
You’ll be offering supporting and guidance to the service users while ensuring they receive safe, consistent and high-quality support.

We’re looking for someone with:
Some experience or knowledge of LD and Autism
A kind nature, yet organised
A full UK driving licence
