A career entry role to develop valuable multi trade building and specialist construction industry skills, working across a wide range of client’s residential and commercial properties.
Tasks will include brick work, joinery, plastering, dry lining and other maintenance and repair tasks.
What you will do at work
Reporting to the business owner your daily duties will include building and construction processes such as:
- Brickwork
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Joinery
- Plastering
- Flooring
- Guttering
- Dry lining and skimming
- Maintenance and repair tasks
- Manage and record paperwork
Training
Apprenticeship Standard Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 including end point assessment over different vocational disciplines.
Attend Sheffield College Campus both City (S2 2RL) and Advanced Technology Centre (S2 3DH) for specific training over the duration of the programme.
