Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Diagnosing faults efficiently using the latest diagnostic equipment and repair methods.
• Following warranty procedures throughout the repair process and completing all relevant documentation accurately.
• Identifying and reporting any additional vehicle defects to the Workshop Controller to ensure the highest standard of work.To be successful in this role as a Mobile HGV Mechanic, you should have:
Previous experience working as a Mobile HGV Mechanic is essential.
• Own tools required.
• Apprentice trained and qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• A full UK driving licence.
