SF Partners are delighted to be recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a manufacturing business based in Wednesbury, offering a salary of £50,000-£55,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
– Preparation of monthly management accounts
– Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
– Accruals, prepayments and journal postings
– Variance analysis and commentary on financial performance
– Budgeting and forecasting support
– Analysis of manufacturing costs and margins
– Producing financial reports and KPIs for management
– Supporting year-end reporting and audit requirements
– Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
– Business partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholders
About You
– Previous experience within a Management Accountant role or similar
– Strong month-end accounting experience
– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships outside finance
– Good Excel skills
– Manufacturing experience would be advantageous
