EA Associates are currently recruiting experienced Carpenters on behalf of our client for a live commercial refurbishment project.
The project will primarily involve first-fix carpentry, with additional works including the careful removal of existing timber roofing as part of the refurbishment programme.
Duties will include:
* Carrying out first-fix and second fix carpentry works to a high standard
* Timber framing and structural carpentry
* Studwork, joisting and general first-fix installations
* Removal of existing timber roof structures
* Working from drawings and specifications
* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
* Working efficiently as part of a wider site team
Parking: Free parking on site
Duration: 2 months
Suitable applicants must have:
– Valid CSCS card
– 3 Point PPE
– Full compliment of tools
– 2 x Contactable work references
– Enhanced DBS Certificate
