What you will do at work
- Managing and maintaining confidential commercial property case files and client records accurately
- Handling, organising, and processing sensitive legal documentation, contracts, and property deeds
- Supporting the legal team with the preparation and formatting of property transaction documents, leases, and client reports
- Carrying out accurate data entry, file archiving, and legal document management
- Communicating professionally with clients, solicitors, property agents, and institutional landlords
- Assisting with the firm’s website updates and social media administration
- Providing general administrative support to partners and fee earners across the business

- Business Administration Level 3
