This qualification is designed for individuals who already work or are
intending to work with horses through providing the knowledge and skills to
enable them to transport horses on journeys exceeding 8 hours as either
an Attendant or an Attendant/Driver safely and legally.
Entry requirements
Prior to registration learners are required to:
have been accurately identified
be at least 16 years of age
able to communicate effectively in English (listening, speaking, reading
and writing).
There are no additional prerequisites to certification other than the
successful completion of the required assessments
