As an Operations/Departmental Manager you will manage a team or project. Your key repsonsibilities may include creating and delivering operational plans, lead and manage teams, manage change and coaching and mentoring.
Entry requirements
To join you'll need to be seeking or already in employment. You must already have or expect to achieve ?grades C or above in Maths and English. Some employers may require you sit an aptitude test as well as an interview and be capable of ultimately learning higher level skills.
