Level 4 Housing Management Course. Work-based training at your workplace.
You study while you work in a housing or lettings role. The course covers lettings negotiation, property management, marketing, and office administration. It takes around 18 months to complete. You'll need a Level 2 in housing management or an equivalent qualification to start. Maths and English can be completed alongside, but must be achieved before the end.
You'll finish with a Level 4 Certificate in Housing.

Entry Criteria - L2 in housing management or equivalent. Can do Maths and English alongside but must have achieved by the time the framework has been completed.

For this framework the learner is required to complete a suitable employee rights and responsibilities (ERR) workbook. Certification can only be awarded if the contractor deems ERR has been completed sufficiently.
