Entry requirements

Individual employers will identify any relevant entry requirements in terms of previous qualifications, trainability tests, or other criteria. Typically, most candidates will have English and Mathematics at level 2.

All will have achieved English at level 2, Mathematics at level 2 by the end of the apprenticeship.

How you will learn

Training is classroom based, with daytime attendance at Choice Training in Barking and Dagenham. The course culminates in an End Point Assessment (EPA) conducted by NOCN, which tests the knowledge, skills, and behaviours developed throughout the programme. You'll need to have achieved Level 2 English and maths by the time you reach the EPA. Your employer will also play a role in shaping specific requirements and on-the-job elements of your training.
