About this course

Level 3 Electrical Installation Advanced Technical Diploma in Croydon. Classes run at Croydon College, full-time during the day over 35 weeks. Fees apply for this course, though you may be eligible for fee remission. To join, you'll need four GCSEs at grade 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths, plus a related Level 2 electrical qualification at merit or higher. Equivalent qualifications are considered. This City and Guilds electrical installation advanced technical diploma qualification is supported by the JIB and acknowledged by the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS), giving you industry-recognised standing as you move into electrical work.

Who this course is for

This qualification is for anyone who wishes to work as an electrician in the building services industry. It has been designed to deliver a high level of occupational skills and provide a platform from which to progress through further learning or into industry employment. This qualification is supported by the JIB (Joint Industry Board). This industry qualification is acknowledged by the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS).

Entry requirements

4 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A*-C) and a related Level 2 electrical qualification (at merit or higher), including English and maths. Equivalence of these qualifications will be considered.
