Level 3 Education and Training Course in Croydon. Classes run at John Ruskin College on Friday mornings, 10am to 1pm. The course runs for 10 weeks, part-time, making it manageable alongside other commitments. It covers the roles and responsibilities of teachers and trainers, how to plan and deliver inclusive sessions, and how to assess learners and give constructive feedback. Teaching alternates between classroom sessions and online delivery via Teams. It is preferred that you hold a Level 3 qualification in your own subject area and a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.

Entry requirements
There are no formal requirements for this course; however, it is preferred that you have a minimum Level 3 qualification in your own area of specialism and hold a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.

How you will learn
The course is delivered through a blended model. One week you attend in person at John Ruskin College; the following week sessions run remotely via Microsoft Teams. You'll be assessed through written assignments covering each of the three units. There are no exams. Assessment is based on your understanding of teaching roles, inclusive practice, and assessment methods.
