If you want a career in hairdressing this course builds both practical ability and professional salon habits. You will train in purpose-built commercial salons and develop skills across cutting colouring styling and client care with guidance from industry-trained tutors. As you progress you will work with clients and complete one day per week external work experience to build your confidence and CV.
Entry requirements
Have a keen interest in hairdressing and the industry • Show commitment to practical learning and professional standards • Three or more GCSE at Grade 3 or above or a successful completion of a relevant level 1 qualification, this must include GCSE English or Maths Grade 3 equivalent
