What you will learn

You'll follow health and safety procedures relevant to plant operations on construction sites.

You'll position and manoeuvre plant machinery accurately in different site conditions.
You'll identify and respond to hazards associated with plant operations.
How you will learn
This is a work-based qualification. You'll be assessed in your workplace through observation of your practice, a portfolio of evidence, and professional discussion with an assessor. Your assessor will visit you on site to observe you carrying out plant operations tasks. Evidence is gathered over the course of your work, demonstrating competence across the units of the qualification.
