Level 2 Lean Project Management Course. Study online. This lean project management course is self-paced, so you can fit it around work and other commitments without travelling to a centre. Over 10 weeks, you'll build an understanding of lean organisation principles: reducing waste, improving efficiency, and delivering more value with fewer resources. You'll also cover business improvement techniques and working effectively in teams. No formal qualifications are required to enrol. A good general standard of English is helpful, and an initial assessment will confirm the course is the right fit for you.
