This study programme will prepare you for a career in health and social care. This study programme is specially designed for you to explore career options alongside English and maths qualifications. Successful completion of this course will enable you to progress onto our Level 3 Health and Social Care. The qualification you will study is a Pearson BTEC First Extended Certificate in Health and Social Care. The course has been specially designed to prepare you for a career in the sector. At the same time, you will continue to develop your maths, English and IT skills to support your future progression.

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs at Grade 3 or above, including English and maths. An enhanced DBS check is required before starting the course. Progressing Morley students will be considered without the requisite entry requirements if they are able to provide a good reference for attitude, behaviour, attendance and punctuality from their current tutor.
