Level 2 Bakery Course in Blackpool. Classes run at Bispham Campus, full-time during the day. If you are 18 or under, fees do not apply. If you are 19 to 23 years old, fees may be waived depending on your circumstances.

This bakery qualification covers practical baking skills alongside the knowledge needed to work professionally. You will learn food hygiene, health and safety, and team working. Bakery classes take place in a training kitchen with industry-standard equipment. The course runs for one year.
