About this course

Level 2 Autism Course. Study online at your own pace, from home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection. This autism course takes around 24 weeks to complete. You'll develop an understanding of autism and the principles of supporting people with autism, covering person-centred approaches, positive communication, and supporting healthy and fulfilled lives. We have designed this course to support you with working in the care sector. Successful completion of this course will provide skills and knowledge required for job roles working in care and support. This course is designed to support learners aged 19+ to progress into employment or further learning, depending on their own needs and interests. You will need good IT skills and access to a computer, laptop or tablet with regular and reliable internet connection. This can be at home, at work, or in a library.
