About this course

Level 1 Exploring Occupational Studies for the Workplace Course. Study online. You can work through the exploring occupational studies for the workplace classes at your own pace, fitting study around your other commitments. The course runs over 6 weeks and covers the knowledge and skills employers look for across a range of workplace settings. It is open to adults aged 19 or over. A Customer Service Advisor role is one of the job directions this qualification supports.
