Free Teaching Assistant Course Level 1 in Pickering. Classes run at Atmosphere Centre for Young People, one evening a week over 8 weeks.

To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice, further eligibility may be linked to where you live and we will check that at enrolment stage and may contact

How you will learn

You'll attend evening classes at Atmosphere Centre for Young People. Learning is classroom based, with group activities and tutor-led sessions. Assessment is through short written tasks and assignments completed during the course. There is no formal exam.
