This is an ESF financed programme delivered in conjunction with the TVB LEP and managed by the ESFA. We and our partners will deliver accredited and non accredited interventions to employed participants relevant to their job goal and following an OTNA with the employer. Interventions are delivered to progress participants in work on to increased responsibility within the workplace, apprenticeships or further learning. Sectors covered include adult care, leadership and management, digital and logistics

Aged 16+; evidence of right to live and work in the UK; evidence of employment; NI number; working within the TVB area
