Free NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing Course in Boston. Classes run at Boston College, in three fully equipped salons open to the public. This level 3 NVQ hairdressing course runs full-time during the day and takes around 9 months to complete. You'll develop advanced cutting, colouring, and styling techniques alongside the creative and technical knowledge employers expect. Entry requires a Level 2 hairdressing qualification or equivalent, plus an interview and possibly a trade test.
Who this course is for
The Level 3 Hairdressing Diploma will teach you the use of advanced hairdressing techniques and essential knowledge whilst improving and your creative ability. The course is based in the College's Hair and Beauty Department which has three fully equipped hairdressing salons that are open to the public.
Entry requirements
The entry qualifications for the Level 3 Hairdressing Diploma are either a Level 2 qualification or equivalent. All candidates will require an interview and possibly a trade test with production of an assignment. Attendance (Minimum 90%), acceptable behaviour/attitude, ability to progress, ability to meet deadlines, satisfactory reports from all tutors will be taken into consideration. Proof of prior qualifications will be required.
