Free Level 5 HR Course in Burton-on-Trent. Classes run at Burton Town Centre Campus, part-time during the day over 36 weeks. You'll study business understanding, technical HR knowledge, and people management practice at an advanced level. Sessions combine discussions, case studies, presentations, and workshops, with around four hours of self-directed study each week. Entry requires a Level 3 professional qualification with relevant experience, plus GCSE grade 4 English or an equivalent Level 2 literacy qualification. You'll also need to join CIPD at the start of the course.

You will be required to attend college for three hours a week, attend tutorials arranged with your tutor and undertake at least four hours self-directed study each week. If you are not already a member of CIPD, you will need to join at the start of the course.
Sessions will; contain a combination of individual and group work. This includes discussions, case studies, presentations, debates, research, workshops and tutorials. Tutorials can be conducted using Microsoft teams. The course starts in September and ends in June.
Please note: Learners will be required to pay an additional membership fee of £109 plus a £40 administration charge for new members directly to CIPD.
