About this course

Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling Course in Leeds. Classes run at Luminate Education Rothwell Centre, part-time during the day. This course is for learners aged 19 or over. Fees may apply, though a Learner Loan may be available to help cover the cost. To join, you'll need a face-to-face Level 3 Certificate in Counselling and evidence you can work at Level 4 academically and practically. The therapeutic counselling classes run over two years, giving you time to develop the depth of knowledge and practice that counselling work requires. You'll build toward BACP accreditation and gain the skills to work in a range of supportive and therapeutic roles.

Who this course is for

This course is for 19+ learners only. Anyone who is interested in working as a fully qualified counsellor and become BACP accredited, or anyone wants to work in a supportive role using the skills, personal development and knowledge required to offer emotional support in similar roles.

Entry requirements

Face to face, Level 3 Certificate in Counselling. Online/remote level 3 courses are not acceptable. Evidence of being able to work at Level 4 status (academically and practically)
