You'll develop your ability to manage assessment quality, support and monitor assessors, and prepare for visits from awarding organisations such as City and Guilds. How you will learn

You'll be assessed through a portfolio of evidence drawn from your real workplace practice, demonstrating that you lead and manage internal quality assurance in your organisation. Assessment is work-based, so you'll need to be in a role where you have active IQA responsibilities.
