You must be a minimum age of 18 and have a good standard of literacy and IT skills. GCSE English and maths grade 4/C or above is required. Appropriate attainment on a previous Level 3 course of study is also required, e.g. NVQ3 in a construction related trade, Construction and Built Environment Level 3, National Certificate or prior experience within the Construction Industry.
