What you will learn

  • You'll develop skills in leading and promoting effective partnership working in social care settings.

How you will learn

This is a work-based qualification. You gather evidence from your day-to-day role to build a portfolio demonstrating your competence as a care leader. Assessment is through workplace observation, professional discussion, and written evidence. You will be assessed against the requirements of the Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care. An assessor will visit or contact you to review your progress and sign off your evidence.
