This supporting teaching and learning qualification is designed for people already working with children, letting you earn while you learn. You'll build knowledge of early years education, covering children from birth to five years old, with some focus on ages five to seven. The course runs in sessions of around 150 minutes. How you will learn
This is a work-based qualification, so your learning takes place in your job role. You'll be assessed through a combination of workplace observations, written assignments, and professional discussions. Evidence is gathered from your day-to-day practice with children. Your assessor will visit you in your setting to observe your work and review your portfolio of evidence.
