Free Level 3 Sport and Physical Activity Development Course in Chelmsford. Classes run at The Boswells School, full-time over two years. This is a substantial qualification, equivalent in size to three A levels, covering the knowledge and skills needed to build a career in sport and physical activity. Entry requires six GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths, and grade 5 in PE. Students performing at national standard in volleyball may also be considered.

Entry requirements
6 GCSEs at Grade 4 and above including English and Mathematics and including Grade 5 in PE. In special circumstances, candidates will be considered on merit, if they have not achieved the minimum requirements. Student of National Standard in Volleyball will also be favourably considered onto the course in conjunction with their AASE studies

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based lessons, practical sport sessions, and coursework assignments. Assessment is a mix of internally assessed units and externally assessed components set by OCR. You'll complete assignments, projects, and practical tasks throughout the two years. Some units are assessed through written exams. Your work is built up over the course rather than assessed in a single final exam.
