About this course

Level 3 Skills for Business: Sales and Marketing Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your existing commitments. The course runs over 9 months and is delivered online through London Cactus College. This NCFE qualification covers core business skills alongside specialist units in customer communication, market planning, and promotion. You'll complete 10 units in total, choosing from core business topics and sales and marketing specialist areas. The qualification also carries up to 84 UCAS points, depending on your final grade.

No prior qualifications are required, but a good standard of English and motivation are essential.

Entry requirements

The minimum age for this course is 16 years. No formal Level 2 qualification is required, though it is beneficial, and some providers may request evidence of English language ability at CEFR B2 level or equivalent.

How you will learn

You study online via Teams, with blended learning elements. The course is made up of 10 units: 6 from a core business group and 4 from a specialist sales and marketing group. Assessment is through written assignments and portfolio evidence completed throughout the course. You work through the material at your own pace, submitting work for tutor feedback as you progress.
