Free Level 3 Health and Social Care Course in Newcastle upon Tyne. Classes run at Jesmond Park Academy. To enrol, you'll need four GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths. If you've already taken a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, a pass in that is also required. Over two years of full-time daytime health and social care classes, you'll build knowledge of health, early years care and education, and the wider issues shaping the sector.

How you will learn
The BTEC National Diploma is assessed through a combination of internally assessed assignments and externally assessed examinations set by Pearson Edexcel. Assignments are completed throughout the course and are based on real scenarios and case studies. Some units are assessed by written exams under timed conditions. Teaching takes place in the classroom at Jesmond Park Academy across the two-year programme.
