Free Level 2 Health and Social Care Course in Hereford. Classes run at Herefordshire College. You'll study full-time during the day, covering the care needs of people of all ages and from all backgrounds. The course includes a work placement so you can put your skills into practice. To enrol, you'll need at least four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English and maths, or a related Level 1 qualification with good progress in English and maths. The course takes one year.
Who this course is for
Health and social care is one of the largest employment sectors in the UK. You will learn on this Level 2 course about the care needs of a wide range of people of all ages and from all backgrounds. You will be able to put your new skills into practice during work placement opportunity. On completion of this programme you will have a nationally recognised qualification which can help you progress to the T Level Health (Adult Nursing) or the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health & Social Care. Progression rates onto level 3 are high, due tot the support, encouragement and challenge that the level 2 students recieve from our dedicated team of specialist teachers.
