Free Level 2 Health and Social Care Course in Burton-on-Trent. Classes run at Burton Town Centre Campus, full-time during the day, over one year. You'll cover communication, equality and diversity, safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing, anatomy and physiology, and the impact of diet on health. The course includes a work experience element completed outside timetabled sessions, giving you direct exposure to the sector. If you haven't yet achieved GCSE grade 4 in English or maths, you'll study these alongside the main programme. Entry requires a minimum of four GCSEs at grade D or above, or Level 1 Functional Skills in English and maths, plus a successful interview and initial assessment.
