Free Level 3 Hairdressing Course in Liverpool. Classes run at The City of Liverpool College - Duke Street. This full-time daytime course covers cutting, colouring, styling, colour correction, and client consultation, alongside health and safety in the salon. You'll study for one year, building the practical and technical skills that hairdressing employers look for. The level 3 hairdressing qualification is awarded by VTCT.
Who this course is for
The course covers the following units; creative art of cutting women’s hair, artistic skill of colouring, imaginative dexterity of styling and dressing hair, technical colour correction and how to provide effective consultation support for colleagues. Underpinning this qualification you will develop a sound knowledge of monitoring health and safety whilst working in the hairdressing industry. You will also develop a knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this qualification. As well as practical assessment there will be online exams and written assignments.

You'll build a portfolio of evidence throughout the year to demonstrate your skills across all units of the Diploma.
