Who this course is for
The course provides a knowledge and understanding of the health care sector in a vocational context. On completion of the course you will be able to analyse and evaluate different perspectives of health, you will gain imperative skills needed to work in the health care sector such as effective communication skills, empathy, professionalism, critical thinking, problem solving, intrapersonal skills and many more.
Entry requirements
Students will need to have a grade 4 or higher in English and grade 4s in GCSE Science(s). A wider interest in the health and social care industry, and a willingness to research and produce work independently would be a significant advantage.

You'll attend daytime classes at the college throughout the two-year course.
