Within this course you will be exploring job opportunities in the sport industry, understanding how the body responds to exercise, carrying out fitness testing to apply to the components of fitness and exploring the benefits of fitness training to enhance sporting performance.

How you will learn

There are no traditional written exams for most units. Practical sessions give you hands-on experience of fitness testing and coaching techniques.
