About this course

Free Level 3 Beauty Therapy General Course in Littlehampton. Classes run at Any Driver West Sussex, part-time during the day, over 18 weeks. This course is funded through an Advanced Learner Loan. Entry requirements

This course is funded via an Advanced Learner Loan.

You will already have experience of delivery Beauty related treatments and will hold the appropriate qualifications - however these may be NVQ Level 2 or even non-regulated CPD qualifications.

What you will learn

  • You'll develop advanced facial and skin care techniques to a professional standard.
  • You'll learn body massage and advanced body therapy treatments.
  • You'll apply waxing and hair removal treatments safely and effectively.
  • You'll carry out nail treatments including manicure and pedicure services.
  • You'll understand skin analysis and how to adapt treatments for individual clients.
  • You'll follow health, safety, and hygiene standards required in a professional salon.
  • You'll build the knowledge to meet insurance and employer requirements at Level 3.

How you will learn

You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at the centre, combining practical treatment work with underpinning knowledge. Assessment includes observed practical assessments, written assignments, and a portfolio of evidence demonstrating your competence across the required treatment units. Your assessor will observe you carrying out treatments to industry standards.
