Free Level 3 Beauty Therapy Course in Coalville. Classes run at Stephenson College, full-time during the day, over one year. To enrol, you'll need four GCSEs at grade 3 or above (including Maths and English) and a Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification. You'll build on existing skills with advanced treatments including microdermabrasion, electrical facial treatments, stone therapy massage, and Swedish body massage. Anatomy and physiology, health and safety, and product promotion are also covered. The course includes hands-on practice in an on-site salon with real clients, plus a work experience placement.

How you will learn

You'll learn through practical sessions in an on-site industry-standard salon, working with real clients alongside classroom teaching. Assessment is through City and Guilds coursework, practical observations, and written tasks covering anatomy and physiology, treatments, and professional standards. Work experience forms part of the course and contributes to your overall assessment.

What you will need to bring

You'll need a beauty therapy kit and uniform for this course. The uniform costs approximately £55. If you completed a Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification previously, you may already have the kit you need. Stephenson College will confirm the full kit list before you start.
