About this course

Level 3 Art and Design Course in Doncaster. Classes run at Doncaster College, full-time over two years. If you're 16 to 18 years old, the course may be free. If you're 19 or over, fees may apply depending on your prior qualifications and circumstances.

You'll explore art, design, and communication across a range of creative disciplines. The course builds on earlier creative experience and raises expectations as you progress. You'll develop your own individual style through research and experimentation, and work to real deadlines and client briefs to prepare you for the creative industries.

You'll finish with a University of the Arts London Extended Diploma in Creative Practice: Art, Design and Communication at Level 3.

Who this course is for

This course continues to build on the skills learnt during earlier years of study/experience with an increase in expectations and standards. Preparation for the workplace is paramount throughout this course, the discipline of the workplace, including deadlines and client requirements are considered alongside creative decision making. Students are encouraged to create their own individual and original styles, taking inspiration from their research and experimentation.
