You'll develop your knowledge of business with an Business Management in the Land-Based Sector topic and develop your customer service skills with a Customer Care and Retail Merchandising topic. Once you've completed the mandatory topics, you'll have the opportunity to study optional units such as Wildlife and Ecology Conservation, Wildlife Management and Rehabilitation or Animal Training.
