Free Level 3 Animal Care Skills Course in Ashford. Classes run at Craftworks College - Stourside Farm. This is a full-time daytime course running across 11 months. You'll need some previous animal care knowledge to join. An assessment at entry confirms whether this level is right for you. Learning is project-based, with six projects building on each other across the year. You'll work hands-on with a wide range of animals, from small to large, at a working farm. Many learners go on to work on farms in Kent and the surrounding areas.
Who this course is for
This course is for students who have come into the college with prior Animal Care learning and experience or who have progressed with us from a lower- level Animal Care course.
Entry requirements
Students will need to have some previous Animal Care knowledge. Students will be assessed upon entry to see whether they need any access arrangements to cope with the demands of a level 3 course.
