This course has been designed for vehicle technicians working in the automotive industry, who have an interest in gaining knowledge and qualification in diagnosing, rectifying and recalibrating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
During this course, you will learn how to work safely whilst carrying out diagnostic, testing and repair activities to ADAS sensors and systems. This may include vehicles that have or have had accident damage for wheel geometry adjustments.
Learners successfully completing this qualification will acquire significant core knowledge and skills, and the ability to diagnose a faulty Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), carry out our functioning testing, identify/advise and rectify ADAS faults.
Entry requirements
Individuals interested in taking this course will need to have appropriate vehicle maintenance and repair, or Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) knowledge and skills at level 3, including a good level of ability to use a multi-meter.
